Stainless steel
The tunnel lining sector has some special requirements that the stainless steel panel is the degree to meet:
- Support for Industry Standards: European Directive 2004/54/EC,
- High reflectance of light (energy conservation) without producing glare.
- Excellent mechanical properties that allow lighten the structure.
- High lifetime, corrosion resistance of leaks, leakage with consequent reductions in subsequent interventions for maintenance or replacement.
- Good behavior in case of fire: Decay slow progression of the mechanical properties of the panels, use of lacquers which do not spread the flames and have low smoke emission.
- Ease of cleaning operations, be automated for periodic cleaning of particulate pollution coming from the exhaust pipes of vehicles or those special cleaning vandalism. (Graffiti)
- Environmentally friendly: No harmful toxic pigments and alloys, the panel is 100% recyclable and in accordance with the RoHS and WEE.
- The panel ensures a good level of light without producing glare, thereby contributing to energy savings as the safety of flight.
